1. Never drove an ATV before...can we do it? YES, we teach people how to ride every day. 2. What will I need to rent? A valid driver’s license, a major credit card with up to $1000.00(guided) available and an attitude that you are about to have the best time of your life... 3. Do you charge my card in advance? Yes, you pay for the tour/rental in full at the time of the reservation. 4. Do you charge the deductible in advance? Guided tours NO. 5. I do not have a major credit card can I still rent? Yes with a CASH deposit - for guided tours only. 6. Do damages occur often? No - we estimate one ina hundred bookings. 7. Is ATV-ing dangerous? YES!!! 8. Should I go Guided? Yes, our guides are professional, friendly people, you will travel much further and safer, they love to ride and share their riding experience with you. 9. What to wear? Long sleeved shirts, pants, eye glasses or goggles, closed toe shoes, gloves change of clothes -you will get dirty. 10. Does it get warm? Yes, but we are in New England and the weather can change from the bottom of the mountain to the top of the mountain quite dramatically. 11. Do we ride when it's raining? Only if it is light rain and no lightning. 12. How old do I need to be to drive? - 16 with a valid driver's license and a parent or guardian, or 18 without. Unguided: The renter must be 21 or older 13. Is there a weight limit? Yes, no more than 750 lbs total with cargo (on the double units). 14. Can I drink/ drugs prior to or while out on tour? NO! 15. What kind of ATVs do you rent? Currently CF Moto Zforce 800 Trail 16. How soon should we be there before the tour starts? 35 min. 17. How fast will we go? Depends on the terrain,the weather and the condition of the trail, and of course the rider's ability. Most trails are posted as 25 mph. 18. How long are the tours? We give approximate times 2hrs, 4 hrs etc...,but depending on speed and trails traveled mechanical failures, accidents.....etc. we strongly recommend allowing a wide range of time for that day. 19. How big are the tours? Most of the time around 5 machines, but there are exceptions at times. 20. Must I wear a helmet? Yes. 21. Can I bring my own Helmet? Yes, as long as it is a DOT certified one. No bicycle or ski helmets allowed. We clean our helmets with steam and chemicals after each use, and we also sell "head socks". ATV helmets we wash after use. 22. Can we bring food or beverages? Yes 23. Can we switch drivers? Yes. 24. Should I know hand signals? No. 25. How far apart should we travel on the trail? We recommend at least 5 machines apart and 1 machine length when completely stopped. 26. Cancellation policy?- If you need to cancel, change or reschedule your reservation, call us 72 hours in advance . 27. Where can you ride on an ATV?-around here you need to be on a private property. There are places in NH that have public trails and parks available for ATV riding. Most of all - on posted trails.
